Which Courier service do you use?
We use HDN (Home Delivery Network) for UK mainland deliveries. European orders are sent via Parcel Force and GLS.

What delivery options do I have?
Services available for UK Mainland are:

• Standard 3-5 Working Days
• Next Working Day
• Next Day AM (9AM - Midday)
• Next Day PM (Midday - 6pm)
• Next Day Evening (6pm - 9pm)
• Saturday Service

What is your cut off time for same day dispatch?
Orders with upgraded delivery options placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri) or the first working day (weekends).

Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day. This is so customers who choose a specific timed service will know what day to expect delivery.

If you have ordered after 1pm but need the order to dispatch the same day, please call us on 01527 598388 - in most cases we will be able to rush an order for you.

Where in Europe can you ship to?
The 'Europe' shipping option covers France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Portugal. We are able to ship to other destinations but there may be an extra fee. We cannot ship anything with a battery to Norway, Switzerland, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Gibraltar, Cyprus or Iceland.

If I order today what is the fastest delivery?
We offer a next working day service delivery which costs slightly more than the standard delivery. If you order before 1 PM GMT and select this option you will receive it the next working day. All orders after 1PM will be carried forward to the next working day.

Are there any guarantees, or can I return an item if I don't like it?

Are you open to the public? Do you have a shop?
We are open to the public and we have a shop which you are more than welcome to look round. We are based in the Midlands near Redditch.
