Returns
Any item you order off Stowamatic.com can be returned to us for a full refund within 7 working days, but you'll need to pay for the postage back to us. The item must be new, and wherever possible in its original packaging.

If you'd like to return an item, please email returns@stowamatic.com, and be sure to include your order reference and postcode, since we'll need those to find your order.

Warranty
All Stowamatic products come with a 12 month warranty against faulty cratfsmanship, except batteries, which are covered by a 6 month warranty.

If during this period a fault develops, please stop using the equipment immediately, and email returns@stowamatic.com. Please include your order reference, post code, and a photo of the fault for the quickest resolution.

We will either repair or replace the item; either way, we will endeavour to get a working product back in your hands as soon as possible.

Servicing / Repairs
If a fault develops outside of the warranty period, we offer a servicing and repairs service, and in most cases we will be able to fix whatever issue you are having. Please email help@stowamatic.com for more information, including pricing and availability of spares.
